2-P When Does Full Extension Occur?

Why do we establish a level left wrist at Impact Fix even though we know that maximum power is achieved when impact occurs prior to FULL EXTENSION of the Lever Assembly per 2-P and 2-N-1?

Full Extension of the Primary Lever occurs when the Left Wrist is fully Uncocked. Since we want Impact to occur just prior to Full Extension, the necessary Impact Fix alignment is Level.
