AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am / PGA TOUR / February 10-13, 2011
BG opened with an even par 72 at Pebble Beach. The round put Brian at T59 after Round 1. He'll also play Spyglass Hill Golf Course and Monterey Peninsula CC before returning to Pebble Beach for Sunday's final round.
Meanwhile, Brian showed well in today's PGA TOUR statistical recaps published in USA Today:
And #16 in birdies from 200 yards +. Thats a deadly combo.
LBG teaches solid stuff!
Do we have an LBG golf shirt yet? If we make them in green, it'll also update my St. Patrick's Day wardrobe needs. My school colors are Carolina Blue and Navy and I need several of those golf shirts too! Ohhh, what about Denim shirts with the LBG logo?
Is this country great or what????

I dont know City Im thinking Bagger is pretty busy these days... still trying to secure a deal with the Solid Gold Dancers for these statistical announcements on LBG.
"Continuing the count down, coming in at #2 in Scrambling this week is Brian Gay"
The #16 in birdies from 200+ yards out amongst all those long bombers is a really interesting stat. Is there anything in particular you can attribute that to Yoda?
A great putter who loves his hybrid , Random Sweep Release being a great way to hit long irons or or ? (I mean besides Alignments of course...it there is such a thing)
Brian would be a nightmare to play in match play.......need him on the teams.

Yes . . . BG hits it very straight with his long clubs!
That includes rifle-like accuracy with his 13* Tour Edge Exotics 3-wood (that he hits almost as long as his driver).
