Rover Golf Help
I ordered three pieces of equipment from them on December 25th for a total of 159.00 . I received a notice that I would receive them and that my charge card had been charged. No equipment as of today. I have called numerous times and no one answers. Messages left with may phone number and email address. I emailed John Weaver and on Jan 11th he said that everyone had the flu but he would check out my order staus and email me back. Has not happened yet. I have emailed John numerous times since with no response. What should I do?

I have no affiliation with John Rohan Weaver or his company, Rover Golf. Some five years ago, he told me he could produce a video for me. I made the trip to Orlando and gave it my all, but John and his production crew failed miserably. I made many attempts to obtain the video that was shot. He said it had significant technical errors and was unusable. Still, said I, "Give me the product". After repeated attempts . . .

Nada.

Nothing.

Finally, in lieu of a law suit, I simply let the matter drop. Then, mysteriously last fall, in an attempt to 'free ride' off the terrific success of my TGC Instructor Video, a number of clips suddenly emerged on the Internet, all referencing a relationship between me and Rover Golf. In repeated emails and telephone messages I demanded he take them down. John has not responded to either. Apparently, he has placed me on 'Ignore' mode. This is not a happy situation, and we are now taking the appropriate steps through YouTube to take these videos down.

You are now a member of the Rover Golf Injured Party Club.

As am I.

The product has value. But if orders are not fulfilled, then John is engaged in fraudulent activity with his buyers. I do not want to send 'good money after bad' seeking damages from an indigent person. Still, to protect future purchasers relying on my "endorsement", it looks like I've got to go after the guy.

This is one hassle I definitely do NOT need, but it seems necessary. Stay tuned.

Thanks OB
Thanks for the info. Contacted the credit card company and they have credited my account the amount that went to Rover Golf.

Whew! Dodged a bullet there. I almost pulled the trigger on one of his training clubs a couple of months ago.

I ordered a Pure Release last year and after a month of it not showing up and no reply to emails I put a claim in with Paypal. Then got a message saying he was having problems with delivery to the UK so refunded my money. Weird as I had ordered the Pure Swing before and no problems.

Rover golf fraudulent activity
I am in New Zealand, over two Months ago I ordered a product,
power angle pro from Rover golf. I have never received it
despite my credit card being deducted. The only excuse from
John Weaver is he does not have the correct box size for
shipping. He does not answer many emails. Matter is now
in the hands of credit card company. This company is
fraudulent.
